Our mission is to provide comprehensive mental health resources that empower individuals to achieve and maintain emotional wellness. We are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care and support tailored to each individual's needs.

I work with individuals across the lifespan and tailor therapy to meet each person’s unique needs. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma, while also supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges.

Using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with EMDR approaches, I help clients gain insight into the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can create meaningful, lasting change.

At the core of my work is a commitment to building a safe, supportive, and trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
